540WMain Launches First Annual Summer Reading List

We are pleased to launch 540WMain’s First Annual Summer Reading List

Dear Community

Everyone who’s anyone knows that we here at 540WMain love to read! Reading is power. And it should come as no surprise that we are launching for the first time ever an official summer reading list. The books listed are what light our fire, keep up inspired and in many cases drive our courses and programs.

Whether you are on the plane, on the beach, louching in the garden, or listening to an audibook while you work this list features BIPOC authors and are a mix of fiction, nonfiction, memoirs, and novels. Some of the books are new, some have been out for years all are essential for anyone interested in allyship and antiracism.

Let us know in the comments if you read any books on our list! We want to hear from you.
