About Brianna
BC: I’ve been doing art since a little girl
Where do you get the inspiration for your work?
BC: As a little girl I didn’t have an inspiration for art but as I grew older I became inspired by Pablo Picasso as he was an artist who made a huge impact on art by being unique and stepping outside of the box.
What makes you want to be an artist?
BC: Having the ability to express myself in a way that makes me happy as well as other who receive or purchase my artwork.
For you how does art relate to wellness?
BC: Art is something that keeps you up, so you must be in the right state of mind and health because how you feel will reflect in your work.
What do you feel is the most challenging aspect of your career?
BC: I would say the most challenging aspect is time management
When you aren’t painting/drawing/photographing what are you doing?
BC: Outside of my art career I am either working , working out or shopping.
What is it that inspires you to keep going as professional artists?BC: My sister , ever since we were little we had a goal to make it out with our art.
What’s has been your best experience so far as an artist?
BC: I would say its an experience but, being able to see the expression on customers faces when their piece is completed.
What has been your biggest challenge as an artist? Have you been able to overcome that challenge? If so, how?
BC: The biggest challenge I would say is being told an art degree would not get me far. I did overcome it by putting that idea to the side and letting my artwork prove that it will.
What advice do you have for others interested in pursuing as career in art?
BC: Go for it. Don’t let fear or negativity get the best of you and take all the risk.
