Dear Community,
I want to start off by apologizing for my absence last week. Between fibro flares, emotional upsets, and working nearly around the clock I knew I would forget to get my weekly message to you one of these weeks this summer.
The last three weeks have been challenging for me to say the least. Living with a chronic illness and running a business is no joke and sometimes I literally feel like I cannot do it all.
Don’t get me wrong. I love this work. I live for this work but chronic pain and fatigue makes the daily battle feel like an all consuming war and some weeks 95% of my focus has to be devoted to the absolute essentials and nothing more.
With all this said I am happy to be feeling much better than I have in many weeks. I have so much to share but in keeping with my self care mantra; I’ll save some of the most recent highlights for next week.
