I love all the feedback about the variety of classes at 540WMain.
We are all about promoting health and wellness, being open minded and exploring the world and society through experiential learning by trained and expert educators.
What’s awesome about hands on learning is that you get first hand experience on what works and what doesn’t work for you individually. Not all treatments natural or otherwise work for everyone. Not all classes are for everyone. This is ok. But you can’t know if you don’t learn and try for yourself.
So take a class, learn for yourself, try it out, and find what works best for you.
